OUR VISION

We are committed to providing exceptional hospitality while minimizing our environmental impact. Our vision is to create a luxurious and memorable experience that is sustainable, environmentally responsible, and socially inclusive. We aim to include all Heartists and guests participation in the hotel’s efforts to reduce harm to the planet, support local communities, and ensure long-term business viability. The hotel’s plan is an integrated approach to managing the operation’s environmental, sociocultural, quality, health and safety impact.

Our mission is to integrate sustainable practices into our daily operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy a premium experience that respects and preserves the environment and the local community. Through this mission, we embrace responsible resource management, waste reduction, community partnerships, and ethical operations.

This mission will guide our Hotel Operation to identify and prioritize sustainability issues, set goals and targets, and implement measures to achieve them. Overall, the purpose and goals of the Hotel’s sustainability management plan are to drive positive change within the organization, enhance its reputation, and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable community.


 Our sustainable and CSR initiatives encompass various aspects of environmental stewardship, cultural promotion, and operational excellence with respect to the planet.


NO SINGLE-USE PLASTICS

Since the hotel opening in 2022, our team has dedicated significant time and effort to make sustainability part of the guest journey. In line with Accor's commitment to reduce environmental impact within the hotel, we have phased out all single-use plastics throughout our property, including amenities found inside our luxurious rooms. We have replaced plastic water bottles with glass bottles as we have our own bottling plant in he hotel to produce high-quality bottled water. All guest-related single-use plastics from our food and beverage outlets have been removed. We have switched from plastic food containers to organic materials, and are using wooden cutlery for takeaways.

   

ROOM & BATHROOM AMENITIES

Our high-end bathroom amenities are packaged using plastic-free materials, offering a luxurious experience while respecting the planet. Inside the shower rooms are refillable bottles of bath products to reduce single-plastic waste.

 

OPTIMIZING WATER & ENERGY EFFICIENCY

​​We implemented resource conservation policies aimed at reducing electricity and water consumption. This is so we can minimize environmental impact while maintaining operational efficiency.​ We encourage guests to take part of our sustainable initiative on water conservation by reusing towels and bed linens during stay.

 

WELLNESS CORNER AT ADMIRAL CLUB MANILA BAY

We have started growing herbs onsite, in the salad atelier of Admiral Club Manila Bay. This project will soon evolve in our aspiration to serve guests food made of sustainably sourced and fresh ingredients.

   

USE OF LOCAL PRODUCTS

We infuse the use and promotion of all locally sourced products in the guest's food & beverage journey, from welcome drink, to welcome amenities, and food being served at our restaurants.

   

FOOD WASTE REDUCTION

We’ve partnered with Scholars of Sustenance (SoS), a  food rescue foundation with a mission to reduce food waste and redirect surplus food to those people in need.
